| Experience: | My teaching experiences span from instructing students in sample preparation, laboratory technique, and data analysis as an Organic Chemistry laboratory teaching assistant (Calvin College) to tutoring middle school students in Social Studies, English, Science, and Math in accordance with the No Left Behind School Program to leading a workshop in character development at the Festival of Faith and Writing in Grand Rapids, MI. Additionally, I have taught private improvisational guitar lessons, tutored 1st through 8th graders in mathematics at the Southeast Academic Center (Grand Rapids), and served as the middle school Science Olympiad Food Science Coach at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Grand Rapids. I have also taught and led Sunday School class for 1st through 5th graders at Madison Square Church in Grand Rapids.
With my extensive background in Science and Biochemistry and my personable, interactive tutoring style, I am well equipped to aid you in your pursuit of excellence in the sciences.
